After-Sales services

All GHAEM products are checked with the highest product quality control standards and then packaged. All products are packaged in GHAEM boxes. Depending on the product type, they will have 6 to 18 months guarantee.
In order to use GHAEM after sales services, the code of authenticity of the purchased products must be registered in accordance with the instructions contained therein and on the packages of the after-sales service system. In case of product installation and any dissatisfaction related to product or service, you can report this issue to the company’s sales representatives or after-sales service department, experts of the group will inform the customer within 72hours of the final outcome.
